Investment Options
Citizenship by investment in St. Kitts is available through four options.
To qualify for citizenship, you can either make a government donation of $250,000 or invest in real estate on the island starting from $400,000.
Option 1 / $250,000 — Non-refundable donation to the government fund
Contribution to the Sustainable Island State Contribution.
The donation amount may vary based on the number of dependents included in the main applicant’s application.
If you choose a contribution option, to qualify for citizenship as a single applicant you will be required to make a government donation of $250,000.
- $350,000 – Family up to 4
- $ 50,000 – each for additional minor dependent
- $ 75,000 – each additional adult dependent
The cost of participation of a family of up to four people is $250,000 (not including state fees).
$400,000 — Minimum investment into luxury hotel shares at program approved properties. Minimum investment period — 7 years.
St. Kitts and Nevis permits traditional private home ownership of approved properties, with the following minimum investment requirements:
- Condominiums -$400,000
- Single-family homes – $800,000
